Having twin 3 yr olds you can imagine they don’t have the greatest of patience standing in line but who would think walking in to 6 people in line that the wait would be so long. It took approximately 20 minutes maybe longer to take care of the 6 in front of us, not the speed you would expect for a «fast casual» establishment. Today there were three people working at the time, two taking care of customers and the other seemed to be washing dishes. My wife, myself, and our 3 yr old twins walked in at what I would assume is during lunch hours 2pm, there were about 6 people in front of us, a family of four and a younger couple. I had been looking forward to trying this place for some time and finally got the chance after visiting a trade show at the Suburban Showplace. I may give it another chance, Baja salad, baNO! They do also offer a variety of wraps, my coworker got the chicken salad and raved about it. $ 10 and some change for a crappy salad is ridiculous! If it was fresh tasting, no problem. Also, the crunch factor of the Doritos in the Baja is completely gone :-(Typically dressing comes on the side when ordering to go. I never in my life thought I’d say too much dressing! It was too slimy by the time I sat down to eat it. So then they add the dressing for you, and it’s a ton of dressing. It reminded me of those salads that come in a bag at the grocery store with all the chemicals.

You have tons of items and toppings to choose from. I like the variety of salads they offer and they are a decent size. I was really looking forward to a big salad! A friend had hyped it up and probably raised my expectations higher than normal. It really sealed the deal for me when I was walking out of the restaurant right past the table he was sitting at, nodded at him and he didn’t even say bye or thank you or have a good day. The only reason I’m giving this place two stars is for those poor girls that work behind the counter and have to deal with that cheap, oppressive dickbag on a daily basis. You would think being that I was the only customer in there, the workers would’ve said something like, «hey that guy, our only customer, really wanted a cookie. Then he gets up from the table, goes into the kitchen and comes out with a fresh plate of baked cookies. I felt like telling the buyers to check the reviews and run like hell with their money. Normally I wouldn’t mind something like that but he spent the whole time telling these perspective buyers about what a wonderful religious family man he was. The manager/owner was sitting at a table with two prospective buyers that were looking to open up their own location. They were out of a lot of things too, a lot of toppings for the salads and out of their delicious cookies too.

For a 12 dollar salad, that’s very disappointing.

I was scraping the plate with that meager excuse for a roll that they passively/aggressively ask you «do you REALLY want the free roll that can come with your salad?» I had to ask her to repeat it because I was so stunned lol. I just ordered a «big» salad and am leaving hungry.
